How to Place An Order?
Placing an order for your translation is easy with us, with following simple steps:

- You will receive a quote from us within 1 working day
- Acceptance will need to confirmed by email or telephone
- We will work your translation and return it in your desired format
- You will need to make payment (please see payment terms below)
Payment Terms
At the moment, we accept, bank transfer (if you customer is in Singapore) or Paypal. Please note that are required to pay in full and advance unless otherwise agreed, before we can translate your documents.
What Is Your Minimum Order?
Our minimum order is SGD50 (or it’s foreign currency equivalent) for either language you want the translation to be done in, unless otherwise advised.
Turnaround Time
GSalam Translation Services produce an average of 1500 words per day. If you have an urgent job where consistent style isn’t essential, we can produce up to 7,000 words per day.
